Nuclear - it is almost dictated by the NDA that P3e is used by Tier 1 and 2 contractors.
Rail - no experience in rail, but i would still go for P3e, its only a matter of time before rail goes for an enterprise strategy.
Aerospace - still tend to use MSP and OpenPlan.
Go P3e, there are plenty of jobs around and its better to be ahead of trailing industries rather than trying to catch up when everyone elso has 5 years plus on enterprise software!
