I'm not sure why you think a 'dummy activity' is needed. The only place a 'Zero duration' activity would add any value is in between the three activities with two successors and the net result would be the same number of elements in the schedule - you get rid of six links and replace with three links into the dummy and two links out of the dummy activity.

The arrangement will have no effect on the start of either successor and will still allow the successors to occur independently of each other.
