This is a fundamental rule in construction contracts. Remember that the sole purpose of EoT clause(s) is to protect the employer's right to deduct LD's if he delays the works. If there are no EoT clauses to extend the completion date for Employer's mistakes then time is at large. Again this is a fundamental principle based on Acts of Prevention.
