For the screed get it mechanicaly pumped and laid, should take a week and remember it needs to go off before you work on it whatever way its thrown in, and dry before you lay anything on it (that could take up to 7 weeks).

Nornally it is 60Mhrs - 85 Mhrs with an AVG of - 75 Mhrs/Ton However depends upon the type of work (Raft,Wall,Column,Slab)& dia of rebar.

Assumed a 5-day week for the inputs
The production rates:
75 mm screed : 3 sqm/hr
Render : 3 sqm/hr
Carpet tile : 3 sqm/hr
Vinyl sheet : 5 sqm/hr.
PS: There was a miscalculation w.r.t Vinyl sheetings.

These are the rough figures.
A) 4.5 nos
B) 6 nos
C) Carpet tiles - 3.5 nos
Vinyl sheets - 6.3 nos
I am not having data for the matting. Trust this helps.
