in response to your questions, any decent planner would need more specifics. I ask you..
a) flooring. What type of materials? Area? Purpose of floor? How many men?
b) Screed. Hows it supplied? Area? Access for Laying?
c) Render. Hows it supplied? Area? Access for applying?
If you ask your construction manager or consult the drawings then you may gain this info, but to truely shine then you will need to speek to the contractors, these are the boys that will be carrying out the work at the end of the day and will give you a fairly honest answer.
As for scaffolding schedules, pass it back to the QSs, they need the exercise!!!!
