i wouldnt agree more,,, but in my case,,, i have to do it myself,,, i have a culture to change their way of thinking,,, and it would do me great help if i do it myself,,, and do it right,,, or close at least,,, this way i can gain their trust and they can see the results,,,
im not asking for ABCs just general tips and guidelines that apply for details,,, im doing it already,,, just need to fine tune and adjust to perfect it,,,

Anoon is right. You have to ask the personnel. This is part of Project Mgmt unless you have experiences and can dictate the process.
