I just asked about change budget with some additional,
Do anyone know how to change schedule (regarding to budget) on the ongoing schedule? then, what about the progress(percentage) that has been running or paid?
At the time of tracking of project, if i want to create my new base line project in cuurent PERT. For this i am using maintain base line -restore commond but sometime that update start date has came like this form (23-march-11 A). how i can ignore this 'A' in date formate. due to this i cannot edit the project dates.
Let me know at time of restore how i can avoid the actual 'A' in date formate of new copy of base line.
please suggest me.............

Balaji,
You need to detach the baseline first before you can modify data of baseline.
Select Project-> Assign Baselines... then remove the baseline that you need to modify then select Project-> Maintain Baselines-> Restore.
Now you can open the restored baseline and modify data.
