If you export to MSP youll likely to lose quite a lot more that just LOE tasks. For instance: secondary constraints, the difference between start and finish milestones, multiple dependencies between activities (SS+FF), your status date, reschedule of the remaining work, multiple resource assignments to the same activity.
Furthermore Primavera is a lot more picky in its start and finish dates. For instance, MSP sometimes starts an activity on Friday 17:00, in P5 this will be Monday 9:00. So it is likely your schedule will be slightly different too. Especially with a schedule in progress!

And don’t forget if you load MSP 2007 you will not be able to import or export any MSP files!
