Dieter,

It was the project level setting on the calc tab for the recalculation of actuals based on duration % complete.

Struth! there are so many different things to set and many rabbit holes to run down with this thing.

Thanks

for your fast and helpful feedback.

Dieter,

Thanks mate, I’ll give that a crack.

Khuong,

Thanks for your feedback but I have also suffered from the trojan on your site, I would suggest that you need to clean it up before many more people try to use it as it will fail if people get a virus, because they just wont go back.

No personal opinions though,

Thats a great initiative, but try to solve the problem as early as possible, as more and more people will start looking into ur forum now.

ALL THE BEST!!!

In fact we wanna build a strong community in VN where project management is still a new aspect.

Hi Andrew

Auto compute actuals is a nasty parameter. It comes from three sides:

- Resource, so any of the resource’s assignments will perform as scheduled - you excluded already

- Activities

- Expenses

The reason might be activity or expense.

Hi Khuong,

It seems that, everytime somebody asks a query, u explain it in KPMS forum and then divert the route.

I know that u r one of the global moderator of the above site, but Dont take it in a rude way, but the fact is, the site is really very very slow and whenever i open it, antivirus software bangs on showing VIRUS FOUND in temperory internet files folder

So, requesting you, not to divert ur posts.

Cheers,

Ravi
