I dont think so , the correct password is admin, i try it out and successfully installed

Try to check your database connection as follows:

1- Open the "Project Management"

2- On the window that appears click on the browse button next to the name Database.

3- Assuming that the default database name is "PMDB", select it and then click on "Configure".

4- A window appear titled "Select or create alias", select the "PMDB" database and the driver type to be "Microsoft SQL server/MSDE" then next.

5- In the window titled "Configure SQL server connection" type the following:

Host name: COMPUTERNAME\Primavera (where COMPUTERNAME is your computer name)

Database name: PMDB$PRIMAVERA

then next.

6- the default user name & password for connection is : pubuser OR privuser.

7- A window appear showing the status for this connection (successfully or not).

Xp or Vista?



VISTA doesn’t supports primavera
