In a nutshell, if youre confident using the Project Management module of p3e, you should find many similarities with the Methodology Management Module.
Use it to store components that you wish to re-use on new projects that you create in the project management module. Like creating a new project plan, in PM you use file / new to create a new project - do the same in MM to create a new methodology, you may wish to begin by adding a standard wbs, move on and add some activities for each wbs component, perhaps you then need to add in durations and relationships etc etc.
