When u apply a filter within a layout and then u save this layout, and after this if u apply another filter within the same layout and u dont save the layout this time, then the P3/ec shows the last filter applied.
U have to re-open the saved layout to show the 1st filter (eg. it will not show automatically)!

Its slightly different from P3e to set up layout but it should able to save layout together with filter
However, layout have different Lv, User Level and Global level
