I understand that Admin are always logged in, so all users has to be in contact with Admin and, when necessary, tell him that there is an important work to do on Primavera. Admin will see who is logged in, enter in contact with them and request some user to log out (someone who is not doing an important work).

There is a way to see who is logged in.
Go on "ADMIN / USERS" and click on "DISPLAY / COLUMNS" and insert "LOGGED IN" column.
