We have been doing this kind of work for some years. Indeed although based in Scotland, we have a customer in Texas! The municipal power generation/distribution company in San Antonio are a great reference site, especially for the whole philosophy of why this is essential.
Integration between Primavera & SAP is achievable and highly desirable for a number of reasons. You should check out http://www.primavera.com/partners/sap.asp as a starting point for exploring your different options.
In addition to considering middleware vendors you should be aware that Primavera makes the integration API to its products commercially available. You should read http://www.primavera.com/partners/files/API_WhitePaper.pdf to find out more.
This means you can think about developing your own integration or working with a partner to develop a bespoke integration solution. There are merits to both bespoke and middleware solutions, depending on the size and scope of the intended integration.
Here in Australia, we have undertaken Primavera - SAP integration work on behalf of a number of clients.
We have learnt that the technical side of integration is the easy part; the real challenge you face is the accurate capture of business process to be supported by the integration so you have a clear and appropriate scope of work. This takes time and requires the full and active participation of all stakeholders.

Hi Rudy Hingst,
I’m using P3e to plan and schedule. SAP only to show sumarry tasks.
We are transfering datas manually, but i know that there is a software that transfer P3e datas to SAP PS and vice versa.
Try
