You will also find that the timesheet approval screen in the client / server module will now allow for the selection of multiple reporting periods and graphically indicate when a time period contains timesheets awaiting approval.
I understand that the next release (v6) is targeting some positive developments including US 508 compliance, excel style editing capabilities, better grouping and sorting, the ability to search by project and the ability to even add and assign activities.
These were referenced at presentations made at the last User Conference in Orlando (Nov 05) and of course are all subject to change depending on the success of the R&D process.

Timesheets 5.0 (aka TeamPlayer)features are equivalent to Timesheets 4.1. However, it does have some technological enhancements -- support for newer technologies (browser versions and JRE) and simpler deployment through Java Web Start (JAWS).

TeamPlayer (Primavera Timesheet) has the same functionality at the timesheet and progress update level. However, from version 4.0 TeamPlayer users could be upgraded to Team Member which includes the standard Timesheet functionality with the workflow and collaboration..
