if i understand your question well, you can insert activities for one building and then make (copy=>paste) with select ( Auto-increment ) from paste options

do you want to display the 30 or so buildings together, or one at a time?
you will enter all the activities once for each building with a specific activity code "Building" value for each building; or only once if you want to see only one building
however I cannot see the reason why you would like to display only one building; it seems more appropriate to enter all the 30 buildings, are possibly filter on one specific building
