2. Shop Drawings.

3. Procurement

4. Construction

5. Commissioning and Closeout.



You will need to read your BOQ in order to determine the material submittals that need to be submitted.



You need to read your Issued For Construction Drawings to determine the construction drawings that you want to include.



The Procurement of the long lead items; especially the Structural Steel and the Equipment needs to be listed and determined



The Construction Activities and sequencing can be listed and determined; start with

Substructure

Civil, Electrical, Mechanical

Super Structure

Civil, Electrical, Mechanical

Structural Steel

Finishing



Commissing as per Plan

Handing Over as per Contract Agreement
