ho to examine duration of an activity ?

The formula is excellemt. But, sugges me who is going to define the Production Rate.



As a planner, I am not supposed to know everything. Engaging site management is not only important to develop a meaningful Programme but a must for the ownership purposes.

Activity duration = work quantity / [ Production rate * Resource usage ]

I believe you wanted to ask how to DETERMINE/ESTABLISH the duration of an activity.



If this is the case, you need to ask the site management in assessing the duration using their broder knowledge & work experience of execution of such tasks.
