Mangesh,

you will find in the KnowledgeBase on Primavera.com website a lot of utility files written in MS Excel; one one them will let you insert recurring activities

to access to the KB files, you only need a P3 serial number and an active maintenance contract number.

Thanks for the help, But i want a activiting to repeat itself after every definate time and i do not want to insert n no of activities for the same.

If u want activity ID as repeating with some increments you can choose tools--->options-->activity inserting



If u want activity description repeating just click the cell you want repeat and then right click the highlighted cells choose fill cell
