what do you mean by "not appearing in the wk1 format"? are you using Lotus 123 as a spreadsheet? wk1 is the file format for this software that was #1 spreasheet before Lotus Corp decided to surrender in front of MS and to switch to the Lotus Notes family
MS Excel (until 2003 included) will open a wk1 easily, and you will be able to save the file as a wk1 file afterwards
you could also use the MS Excel files that are found on the P3 cd-rom; they are full of good macros that will make you able to work in MS Excel and import / export your P3 data directly.
