If SP3 doesnt solve your problem, heres my advise.
I surmise that you log into a network before you open your P3. It this is the case, then you should first go to Localadmin, that is using your PC without logging into the network, then on the Windows Explorer, go to P3WIN directory, then right click, on the pop-up, go to Properties. Under security tab, add your network user ID and check all the boxes that will give you full access to the directory including its subfolders . Then login to your network and hopefully your problem would be solved.

Have you installed Service Pack 3?
