Hi Umar - you should save the original schedule as a target schedule. Changing the data date from the target will naturally move early starts (ie work that has not started) to the data date. However, with the target schedule shown as a bar/dates you will see the comparison of your current schedule ES to the target schedule ES. Hope this helps.
