If these activities belong to a project which belongs to a project group, then the first two characters are the project-id and you cant change them. If you are still planning, then create a new project with the id "MW" and copy your activities into this project, e.g. by "merge".

Do you need this for P3 or p3e?
Here its global change as well and a good help function. You must open the project in exclusive mode.
