Nothing can be done about the rounding after and before the decimal; short of editing the SDEF .txt file prior to importation. You will have to correct the dollar amounts in QCS\RMS (I assume that you have a NAVFAC, USACOE or AFCESA). Try using whole numbers on your activites, if your contract is a round number; otherwise, you are SOL.
