fragnet lets you build a larger project from smaller parts; you will 1st create small projects for every work package of the final larger project, then save individually as fragnets; 2nd, you will open a new blank project and import (retrieve) any necessary fragnet
copy a project is used to create a new project from an existing one; you could copy project A to project B and then delete any unnecessary activity, and the result would be close to the use of fragnets

Well fragnet is available globally to you whenever you need; while copy is simple function for clipboard only

Thanks Alexander,
It helps me too much, but the results are the same in terms of durations and relationships.
