In my humble opinion, SAPs integration with any non-SAP application is difficult and buggy in most cases to say the least. The city of San Antonio (SA), TX considered SAP/Primavera integration, but rejected it quickly due to complexity of the task. Currently SA, uses both packages to include expedition but they essentially work independant of one another.
SAP is really good at accounting applications, but fails in many other areas.
