Enter the week 50 progress and then run a Global change in with you store current progress in the custom data item.
When you enter the progress for week 51, you can compare it to the custom data item to report the difference.
With the Report Writer you can create a report to calculate the difference between Last Week (custom data item LSWK) and this weeks progress (PCT week 51).

Create 1 custom data item (LSWK)
