Thanks that works for exporting but how to import it back after editing; in Primavera to get resource dictionary updated. I tried to save sheet in WK1 format and import but it gives error id. Please help

Sure you can - check the \support directory on your P3 installation CD for ProjectMod.XLS file. There is self explanatory sheet in this workbook named ’Login’.
