This is a simple fix. Run Windows Explorer (or click on My Computer.) Find the C: directory holding your P3 schedules and click on it. Right click to bring-up the menu and select, "Properties". Look to the bottom of that screen where it has a checkbox saying, "Read Only." Uncheck it and close everything.
I experienced inadvertenly about Read-Only File once my backup PRX.File was set up the attribution to be Read Only in Property (Checking by Right Click at the PRX file you need to restore and open it)
Perhaps my case would be remind you for checking. Hope moreless can help as at least I was the one who used to.

P3 should run fine now. Good luck!

Hello,
I had a similar problem when simply copying from the CD tothe Hard Disc.
Then, I restore the project from within the P3 (Cd to HD).
And the problem was not happening anymore.
I hope this would help to solve your problem.
