You can also try laying the picture out in Word and then resizing.
One other hiccup I have found is to go to the print preview screen set everything up and go back to the activities view then click on the print icon. This sometimes allows you to print where the print preview screen does not. Dont know why other than it is a little "P3 thing". Worth a try as it has got me out of it before.

i think the best way is to re-install acrobat or other PDF creater (e.g. cutepdf which is free or other vitual printer which can print a document to a bitmap file)

If you go into Print Preview, change the page size as if you were going to print the document, click OK then close the print preview window.
If you go into Preview Picture it should have changed to the size of the paper you selected in the Print Preview window.
