I am not sure if that is the file I am refering to. I was told it comes with the utilites in the P3 CD. During one of our Turnaround, it really saved us!!! The project was not opening (it had almost 30,000 activities) and somebody run this utility and after sometime the file was recovered and it was running just fine after that.

I am not sure that I understand your question. Are you looking for more information on the Primavera program called PFXW.EXE that fixes btrieve database relational file problems?
Try running the program (found in the C:\P3WIN\P3PROGS\ directory)and click on the Help Button. There is a lot of information to be seen there. Good luck!
