Try importing after that. I will not recommend exporting and importing unless you have a lot of data to amend fast. I have a excel utility that will extract data like export/import function. Then if you don’t want to use the existing export definition file, CLICK MODIFY. In the Content Tab, select Export/Contents of List. Then choose the items you want to export such as, Act ID, Act Description, ES, EF, etc…….. In the Format Output Tab, Input filename and select file type. Note: the default file location is P3win/P3Out. In the Selection Tab, provide selection criteria or leave it blank if you want to select all activities. Finally, Click Run. In P3, select Tools/Project Utilities/Export. Then if you don’t want to use the existing export definition file, CLICK MODIFY.
In the Content Tab, select Export/Contents of List. Then choose the items you want to export such as, Act ID, Act Description, ES, EF, etc……..
