But I will end up with a new set of project files at the end.
the schedule is already mature. there are plenty of resources and the budget is working and the file size is considerably large.
I would like to find a way to work on the actual project. I dont want to have to create a new set of schedule and transfer everything to it. moreover I will have to do it more than once.
maybe combining your answer to the info on a previous tread

(dealing with deleting the ????REL.P3 file and replacing it)
but there must be some more straightforward and clean way to do this.
I am also trying to do the least by hand because it is very prone to errors.
thank you very much for reply though.

hi gun,
as my experience, using import /export as u know :
1. make new file (project abcd)....(with no activity)
2. export the genuine activity / relation to spreadsheet.
3. import activity into new file.
4 for the relation u can find the activity u want and mark it to include in and delete the rest ...(by using find from spreadsheet application)
Example : Find or Sort L0001 until L0004....(the rest u can delete.
5. then import the relation to ..(project abcd)
just like that...cheers
