Further can you please advise a few Standard Reference Manuals on Labor out-puts, so that I can quickly refer and estimate the duration of my activities.

For any given activity completion resources are material / Manpower & Equipments & they can be tracked on either all the three or on one.
There are standard reference manuals on labour out puts per hour/day in market, or some companys develop of their own based on the project experience.
Ultimatly updation is based on consumption of the resources for any activity what ever is the resource.

Imam,
Actually your countries counterparts could give better guide.
But any civil engineering Handbook, Q.S. book will contian the labour productivity.
Or the GR released by the Public works department for the current year does have this information.
Otherwise as a thumb rule in most of the activity a skilled person should do a job of 100 - 125 Sq.fts.per day
