What P3 propose there would have exactly the same effect.
I dont see the need why you want to go and retype all your code descriptions. Remember The amount of descriptions you would have to type in would have to be the product of your activity code totals.

Doesnt sound like a problem to me.
If it aint broke, dont fix it.
