Primavera very clearly states that you WILL have problems using any version of P3 that is earlier that the current Version 3.1, Service Pac 3 on an XP operating system. You are lucky to be able to use P3 Version 2 software on an XP computer at all.
Either obtain the necessary upgrade to P3 or revert back to an older Windows operations system. These are your two choices. Good luck!

P3 v2.0b only work on win3.1, window workgroup, win95 and win98.

yes im using original P3 software version 2.0b. XP version is also registered. Do you think its the version? or the softwares are not compatible?

then, this is your P3 software problem. not your Window XP problem. Are u using original P3 software?
