For checking two P3 schedules to see the difference, there are three software packages, SA Pro Claim Digger (now surprisingly sold by Primavera in completion with their other ‘approved’ partners.) Primaplan Investigator If you are using P3e or P3e/c, then the choices is Claim Digger (built-in with the upcoming version 4.0) and Schedule Analyzer for the Enterprise. For MS Project, it doesn’t matter as the software cannot be used for CPM analysis, just pretty graphics. Good Luck!
