1. One option you will need to understand is found under Tools, Options, Autocost Rules. The Freeze Units per time period should be unchecked and then quantities will not change when durations change.
2. Also you need to check the subtract Actuals from ETC or Actuals Quantities will be added to the At Completion and increase the At Completion value.
