As far as I know, you can show just one S-Curve in SureTrak at the time and there is no tool to show both early and late dates S-Curve. In Primavera you can do that simply.
Its possible. In P3 you can use Resource and Cost Graphic Reports. In the "Content" tab set "Both" early and late dates. When you run the report, two S-Curve will be generated, one based on early dates and the other based on late dates. You will have a range to control your actual S-curve. If your actual S-curve is upper than range you are ahead of schedule and if is lower than range you are behind the schedule for sure.
I have posted an article on my web site at www.eh.com.au which may help you. I find most books and guidelines are theory based and give no guidance on how EVPM is applied in practice.
