You can’t download or you can’t open the files?



To resolve your problem you need to contact an IT guy and have your system checked for any problem. Another way is to share your file or the link so that it can be worked out by the guys in this group, or you may let someone to virtually operate you system to figure out the file downloading or opening problem.
