It all depends upon ur skill and aptitude level, weather after being so many years of experience, would u like to like to do the same stuff as of 30 year chap.



u can definitely add value to professional career and will get more respec, but there r even young professionals especially in planning & project control field who are mere position fillers.



So, in toto, There’s a never a wrong time to do the RIGHT THING.
