Interesting, Doesn't look like Oracle have made Risks available to be viewed in the export templates, or in columns or Grouping/Sort, even though they are linked to activities.
So there is no way to either populate the Risks or to assign them to activities.
Out of interest - what are you intending to use this functionality for, other than registering risks against activities, the Risk module of P6, doesn't do much.
