You can add a column that gives you the name of the Project Baseline (not the ID) and the Date Date of that baseline only. There's no way from the Projects view of seeing a complete list of all attached baselines and their ID's

It can be done by using the P6 Reports function. Here's a quick guide that'll get you started.
1) Switch to the Reports from the Menu TOOLS>REPORTS
2) Create a new report by slicking on the Plus sign or (add from the right click context menu)
3) Select "New Report"
4) In the Select Subect Area window, scroll down to "Projects" and click Next
5) on the next screen you'll see a list of additional subject areas that can be added, scroll down until you find "Project Baselines" and then add this to the right side screen so you have a two-level hierarchy of selected Subect Areas: Projects + Project Baseline, then click on NEXT
6) On this screen, you click on "Projects" and the click on Columns to select the project data you want to include (Eg. Project ID, name, data date etc). Then click on "Project Baselines" and do the same. You can just accept the defaults for now. Then click on NEXT
7) Give the Report a Name that you'll recognise easily, and click on NEXT.
8) Click on "Run Report" and then select Print Preview to view the list on screen
9) If you want to export the list to a cSV file, you select "Delimited Text File" and select a location to push the list out to
10) hit the back button back to the columns/Group and sort/filter options for each level if you need.
When you're happy with the report, hit next next next until you get to "save report" and then Finish.
