If the schedule is not resource or cost loaded then your only option might be to use Duration % Complete, an option I consider foolish at the project level.

If cost and resource loaded you can use Cost/Resources/Materials/Effort to calculate % complete but usual practice is to generate Progress-S Curves as they provide more information.  You can convert values to % of total at some cost as with values [current and total] you can estimate both but with % only you cannot figure out the values.  Better show both, if to show only one of the two then use values and nothing is lost.

With the exception of duration at the project level all the options provide relevant progress information.

Hi Zoltan,

the program is not uploaded with the resources, so I don't know what measures I should consider calculating the project percent complete!

my question is there is any way to get that from primavera as the schedule percent complete??
