Steven has it correct but I woul like to add that adny new activites that you ADD to the schedule make them lower case or initial caps so that you know it a change order or ithat this activity ws not in the original basline schedule
Easiest way I can think of is to export the tasks to excel, add a column at the end & use the =UPPER(A3) formula (where cell A3 is the first task description.
Copy this formula down for all rows, then re-select and copy this column, go to cell A3 then right click & paste values.
Re-select the calculated column then clear contents.
Re-import the excel version of the plan.
If you are working on a large schedule, make sure that you export the minimum amount of columns to speed up the export / import process.
You may be able to do this with a global change within Primavera, however not in front of my computer to test.
