Alexandre,

When I get my visual reports in Excel and want to edit the table I get some of these warnings

cannot change this part of Pivot table report

show details has been turned off for this cube

Now when we have entered the data for the schedule and want some modifications to be made in the report cannot we do it physically?

Rohit,

you can edit the visual reports both in MS Project and Excel; can you define more precisely what you want to do?

Rohit,

the MS Project Analyze Timescaled Data in Excel feature is now replaced by the MS Project 2007 / 2010 "Earned Value Over Time" visual report

You could load the schedule into Fuse and generate reports (including charts) of total cost, remaining cost, work completed, or even just analyze the quality of the plan in Acumen Fuse.  Have you seen it?

www.projectacumen.com/fuse lets you download a free 30 day trial.
