Actual % Complete

Hi Alll

      I am new for this forum and i ahve no idea how can add any question to this. I have one question about the actual duratin in MS project-2003. i am using 24 hous calander. whan i updated my actual duration Eg 10 hrs then in project summary it shows only 2.41 hrs. similiarlr when 20 hrs it appears 4.83. i cannot understand why in summary it comes only nearly one fourth duration

2.41 Hrs

20 Hrs

I know what % Complete is. It is just the actual duration divided by the total duration. So if you have a 10 day task and 6 days of actual duration and 4 days of remaining duration, then % Complete = 60%. But I don't know what you mean by "duration delay". What is it?

Hi Ahmed,

This is probably a very simplistic solution, but have you tried experimenting with 'Types' and using fixing work / effort driven when updating actuals?
