The easiest way I can think of is to make a copy of the Standard calendar, call it something like ’Weekend Working’ make all the proposed working weekends ’Nondefault working time’ and use that calendar as a Task Calendar for all of the activities that’ll be worked on over the weekends.
Also use this calendar as a Base Calendar for ALL the Trades you’ll have working over the weekends assigned to those activities.
