I am using MSP2007 Pro Build 12.0.4518.1214 and everything is working fine. Which release of MSP 2007 are you working with?
I am using MSP2007 Pro Build 12.0.4518.1214 and everything is working fine.
You should check that you do not have any resource assigned to your milestone, or that the option "Scheduling ignores resource calendar" is active
