If you are using MSP 2000, 2002, 2003: View, Toolbars, Analysis, then click the "Analyse Time Scaled Data In EXCEl", then step through the options and choose Cumulative Work or Cumulative Cost. In MSP2007, see the Reports, Visual Reports for the same thing but with a bit more fiddling. Not in MS Project, but you can either export or cut and paste the relevant data into Excel and generate your S-Curve that way.
